The Rancho Obispo Apartments features 78 units housed in 8 buildings. The complex was constructed in 2004 and has been meticulously maintained. 

Each unit contains; a large patio or balcony, walk-in closets, breakfast bar, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Phone and cable outlets are available in all bedrooms.

Some of the units have exterior laundry hook-ups for stack-able units with GAS only, or the space can be used as storage. Plans B & C have a large interior storage room that is wired to use as an optional computer center, or small office.
